About the vacancy
Are you looking for a challenging HR internship within a driven HR team? Then we would like to meet you! Within our HR department, there are various activities where you can put your teeth into and work independently.
What can you expect during the internship
For Driscoll’s Europe, from February 2019 we are looking for an enthusiastic HR trainee for a career internship. The HR department advises, monitors and coordinates the HR policy. As a trainee you’ll get a lot of freedom, but a lot is expected of you too. During the internship you will get the opportunity to get to know all facets of the HR profession. You are (operational) active from day one. The processing and monitoring of the administrative and operational tasks in the deployment, transfer and outflow of employees as well as administrative tasks under existing regulations and procedures are part of your work. You will also be involved in all current affairs and projects so that you can gain all-round experience.
We offer you the opportunity to learn all about the HRM tasks that you will later apply in the business world. Tasks and activities that you can take during your HR internship include:
- Entering data when hiring a new employee;
- Arranging leave and absence;
- Disease and recovery reports;
- Create digital personnel files;
- Drafting contracts;
- Attend / carry out job-conditional meetings;
- Attend / attend absence talks;
- Advising the HR manager;
- Signaling of flow;
- Monitoring procedures.
In addition, we would like you to take the lead and indicate what you find fun and interesting so that you can fully develop during this internship.
We are looking for an enthusiastic trainee who follows the HRM course and is looking for a placement internship for at least 4 months at a young, growing and dynamic company. You have eye for detail, you are pragmatic and furthermore you are motivated, honest and accurate.
Working at the HR department means that you want to get through and get results and also have a service-oriented attitude. You are curious, have good communication skills (verbal and writing in both Dutch and English) and can work independently.
Alongside an internship fee, we offer you the chance to be part of our experienced and fast growing international company. The intern will receive dedicated support from one of our HR employees. You will start in a ‘young’, enthusiastic team of colleagues who like to work together, share knowledge and experience and inspire each other to get the customer satisfied. We support you through targeted coaching and work together on your development.
