Brand Activation Manager

About the vacancy

The Brand Activation Manager will manage the brand activities for the European market, making sure consumers and shoppers get excited about Driscoll’s brand.

As a Brand Activation Manager you should understand the European consumers and must translate our brand essence into a compelling brand execution.

Are you ready to activate the brand towards consumers and the wider enterprise? Can you broad our consumer base driving socials and digital marketing activities?

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate regional community management
  • Coordinate regional social media channels, influencer outreach and digital platforms
  • Manage digital assets for regional e-commerce platforms
  • Develop shopper marketing assets
  • Organize regional events and trade marketing
  • Contribute to the yearly marketing plan
  • The majority of the work will go through agencies, so coordination of agencies will be a significant part of the work
  • Update the KPI dashboard for the regi

You will work within the international and dynamic environment of Driscoll’s of Europe, Middle-East and Africa.

The Marketing team consisted of 7 experienced marketers specialized in Brand Management, Category Management, Product Management and Marketing.

Candidate profile

As a Brand Activation Manager you are hands-on and a real goal-getter.

You are an expert in this field and have the ambition to  grow further and make a difference.

You have a ‘can do’ mentality and a pro-active attitude.

Strong communicator with talent for storytelling.

Strategically creative and an excellent organizer.

Excellent communication skills in English

Education and work experience:

  • Bachelor or master level of education, preferably in the marketing, communications or commercial area
  • About 5 years of working experience in brand management; experience with social media/digital strategies and have worked with agencies
  • Experience in retail / FMCG environment is a pre
