I have been working in Human Resources for over 14 years and I am still very passionate about the functionality and possibilities it offers. There are more than 5 billion people on this world and each individual has their own set of unique skills and talents. My job is to find the right people that fit in our company and guide them on their way to achieve great things within Driscoll’s. Furthermore I am responsible for the Compensation & Benefits, Training, Talent Management and Health & Safety etc., for all our locations in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). Driscoll’s is a unique organisation with a lot of talented employees. Our strength is based on our three values: passion, humility and trustworthiness. I believe the combination of those values challenge everyone in the company to explore their own qualities and excel in their work. My goal is to make sure there is a synergy between the different cultures and employee needs in all the Driscoll’s regions. From the start of my job within Driscoll’s in 2011 till today, I have always asked myself: “What can we do to make our company more successful?” Within the Human Resources department we aim for our company to be the employer of choice for both new and current employees. We do this by creating a fun and professional working environment. We still have a lot of work to do but I strongly believe we can inspire people in their work by offering them exciting opportunities.
